We only delivery hand and surface sanitisers to customers in Ireland, including Northern Ireland. No overseas deliveries of sanitiser products are possible. 

All hand and surface sanitiser products are shipped from our production facility in Tullow, County Carlow. 

Items ordered before 12 pm Mondays to Thursday will be dispatched on the day of ordering.

• Flat rate delivery fee of €15for orders up to €100 (ex Vat).
• FREE delivery for all orders over €100(ex Vat).

If you have bought a hand or surface sanitiser product(s) from tellab-shop.com you can return it anytime within 30 days of purchase, to our store for a refund or exchange. 

This is provided the item is unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and is re-saleable. 

If we agree to provide you with a refund, we will instruct our Merchant Acquirer to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product in saleable condition.

You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is a result of our error.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
