We only delivery hand and surface sanitisers to customers in Ireland, including Northern Ireland. No overseas deliveries of sanitiser products are possible. 

All hand and surface sanitiser products are shipped from our production facility in Tullow, County Carlow. 

We have the following two options:

• Free local pickup from our offices – upon receipt of collection notice.
• €26 for home delivery.

Need to return something? That’s okay.

If you have bought a hand or surface sanitiser product(s) on the TelLab shop you can return it anytime within 30 days of purchase, to our store for a refund or exchange. 

This is provided the item is unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and is re-saleable. 

If we agree to provide you with a refund, we will instruct our Merchant Acquirer to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product in saleable condition.

You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is a result of our error.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
